A woman cannot live on advertising alone. Here are some of the things I get up to after hours.
Agency Wars - In 2015, I was one of 12 people selected from a pool of 100+ applicants to take place in this amateur boxing competition. Apparently I didn't learn my lesson, because I also signed up for the alumni fight in 2016.
Marathon running - They say the best way to quit a habit is to replace it with a new one. Which is why I took up running when I quit smoking. Twelve marathons and countless pairs of shoes later, I think it's safe to say I've kicked the habit.
Three Things Great Creatives Have in Common - A fun and highly unscientific piece I wrote for the FUSE Create blog.
Meet the Winners - The National Advertising Challenge invited me and a few other winners to chat about advertising, the creative process, and the inspiration behind our winning ideas.
Improv - I’ve completed all five levels of Second City’s improv classes, and have continued to stay active on the scene through classes and performing. If you promise not to shout out “proctologist” as a suggestion, I’d be happy to invite you to a show.
